  Patrick Waye, P.Eng. - Chairman
Patrick is the Chairman of MRS and served as the President of MRS from 1992 to 2006.
Since 1974, Patrick has worked on radio communications projects globally; progressing from an
Engineer-in-Training with Motorola to heading up a British Telecom subsidiary in Canada, prior to
his tenure in MRS. Patrick is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).



Kenneth John Morrell - President
Ken's appointment to President of MRS brings over thirty-two years experience in Industrial
Sales and Marketing to this enterprise. His duties with the company encompass new market
development activities, and he is in charge of all sales in North America, South America
and Europe. Ken lays down the strategies for global marketing activities, and he works
very closely with MRS customers in applying solutions that meet their needs. Before joining
the company, Ken served as President of Childers Products Limited, and previously, held
the same position in Ty-Sisco Inc. Ken has served on many association committees,
including the Insulation Metric Conversion Committee. He was a member of the Board
of Directors of CAMESE , the Canadian Association of Mining Equipment and Services
for Export. 









Paul R. Côté, FICB - Vice President of Finance

Paul has been the Vice President of Finance and Administration for MRS since 1996. He overlooks
the company's financial operations and is responsible for maintaining the ISO 9001:2000 Quality
Standards. Paul brings over 38 years of experience to MRS and plays a vital role in financial and
administration decisions.








Wisam Farjow, P.Eng. - Engineering Project Manager
Wisam currently serves as the Engineering Project Manager for major tunneling and mining projects
conducted by MRS. Some of the projects Wisam has designed and managed are the Lower Lea Valley
Cable Tunnel in London UK. , the Holmesdale Road Tunnel in London UK, Yamana Gold Mines in
Jacobina, Brazil, and a CMTS system in Tayahua, Mexico.

Wisam is a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE), the Institute of Electrical
and Electronics Engineering (IEEE), Project Management Institute (PMI), and is a Registered
Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, Canada (PEO).
